I am a Research Fellow at the University of Cagliari, working on the twin transition with a focus on digitalisation, sustainability, and regional development. My research sits at the intersection of development economics and regional economics, exploring how innovation policies and smart specialisation shape firm performance and territorial growth. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of Cagliari, with visiting experience at the London School of Economics. Beyond academia, I gained international experience at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in the Dominican Republic, contributing to human development research and policy analysis. Skilled in econometric evaluation, data visualisation, and text analysis (R, Stata, Python), I aim to understand how digital and green transformations can support inclusive and sustainable development across regions.
