Once registered and validated by your Area Manager, you will be able to:

• Create and manage Researcher Profiles
  Introduce yourself to the network by creating your personal page, including your bio, research interests, affiliations, and publications.
  You can also create profiles for colleagues or co-authors who are not yet registered on the platform: once they receive the invitation and complete their registration, you can transfer ownership of the profile to them.
• Submit your Research Products
  Upload and share your outputs, from discussion papers and policy briefs to working papers and academic publications.
  Each submission is reviewed by your Area Manager or Research Fellow before publication.
• Collaborate and connect
  Link your work to Research Lines, Projects, and Thematic Areas; associate your publications with other researchers in the network; and expand your visibility within the GRINS community.
• Transfer and manage authorship
  If you co-author a paper with a new contributor, you can transfer authorship via a secure link, allowing new members to join and claim ownership of their research contributions.

Research Affiliates have access limited to their own contents and profiles.
You can create and manage your own materials, and create profiles for collaborators, but not edit projects, research lines or events: these are managed by Area Managers and Fellows.

1. Invitation – You will receive an email invitation from your Research Area Manager.
2. Registration – Follow the link, complete your account setup, and confirm your email.
3. Create your Researcher Profile – Before submitting any content, set up your public profile with your biographical details, research interests, and institutional affiliation.
4. Create other Researcher Profiles – You may also create provisional profiles for co-authors or colleagues, which can later be transferred to them once they register.
5. Submit your Research Products – Once your profile is active, you can start uploading your research outputs (discussion papers, policy briefs, working papers, publications).
6. Approval and publication – Your submissions are reviewed by your Area Manager or Research Fellow before being published on the platform.
