This research stream is dedicated to examining citizens’ trust in government and public institutions, focusing on two main areas of intervention.
The first area aims to enhance the transparency of political actions and statements to increase accountability. Initiatives are planned to make political decisions more transparent, ensure greater reporting of activities, and engage citizens more actively in the decision-making process. The goal is to create an environment in which citizens feel more informed and involved regarding government actions.
The second area involves the creation of an innovative start-up designed to provide public administrations with an advanced and reliable recruitment tool, capable of analysing citizens’ preferences, sentiments, and behaviours, thereby offering a detailed overview of social dynamics.
With this information, public institutions will be able to adapt their strategies and policies more accurately and promptly, improving the overall quality of governance.
